Main equipments
1. Pulping system
Pulper, 1.0M3,15kw;
vibration screen, 0.9M2,3kw;
mixer; pulp pump;water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc.
2. Forming system
Consist of 1pc of forming platen and 1 pc of transfering platen.
Platen size:1100x470mm,
4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen.
Forming efficiency:5-6cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system;auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.
3. Drying system
Outline dimension:20080x2650x3600mm;
single layer conveying chain;heated by section;
multi burners with French or Italian brand;
the temperature of each section can be adjusted independently;
The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.
4. Stacking system
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
5. Height limit pressor
It will press and make the products more compact after stacking
so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective
